‘Private Kitchen,’ a concept first made popular in Hong Kong, is a venture where established chefs – seeking to provide guests with a more intimate experience – host by-appointment dinners in their own homes.

Chef Matt Manning has introduced Private Kitchen to Cape Town, with his monthly Brunch Club! Join him for an intimate, five course brunch prepared and served from his own home, located in the buzzing heart of Cape Town’s CBD.

Each brunch features a different wine farm and winemaker, who will join you at the table to share some of their favourite vintages!

Brunch Club is open to the public and only 12 spots are available per event.

For our next instillment of Private Kitchen Brunch Club we welcome Radford Dale and Tom Prior.

At the forefront of natural winemaking in the Cape, Radford Dale have just celebrated their 20th harvest. With Burgundian/Brit Alex Dale at the helm, their top tier ‘Terroir’ range is sought after by fine dining restaurants and hip wine bars across the world… and now Private Kitchen Brunch Club!

They are renowned for a dazzling array of the Cape’s heritage white varietal Chenin Blanc, and their Swartland red blend, Black Rock – awarded three consecutive 5* at Platters, including ‘Red Wine of the Year in 2017’.
