These crispy golden roasties are the most perfect, flavourful roast potatoes you’ll ever make. Crispy on the outside, with a creamy potato center & a beefy flavour to savour!
(Serves 6)
2kg Roasting Potatoes (Peeled)
1/2 A Cup Beef Fat
Seasoning
3 Sprigs Thyme
3 Cloves Garlic
Pre heat your Siemens 4D Combi oven to 200°C
Bring a pot of water to a boil & cook your potatoes until cooked through
Strain your potatoes & cut into desired bite size using your Scanpan knife
In a roasting pan on a medium heat melt your beef fat along with your thyme & garlic
Add your cooked potatoes to your roasting pan and fry until slightly golden, once slightly brown place into a roasting tray, season and begin to roast in your Siemens 4D combi oven
Roast for 30 minutes until deep golden and crispy, turning & shaking them a few times during cooking
Remove from the oven toss in more seasoning & serve immediately with a rich luscious gravy
