Just because it’s not summer it doesn’t mean one cannot enjoy a good cocktail. At the One Ingredient Blood Orange dinners, guests were treated to a delicious, wintery Negroni by Musgrave Gin and San Pellegrino!

35ml – Musgrave Pink Gin
25ml – Rosso Verouth (Martini)
3 – Dash of Orange Bitters
3 – Dash of Aromatic Bitters
1 – Orange Slice
1/2 – Cinnamon Quill
2 – Cloves
1 – Star Anise
25ml – Sweet Hibiscus Tea
San Pellegrino Sparkling Blood Orange Juice
Slice of Blood Orange
Steep all ingredients (except the sparkling blood orange juice) into the sweet hibiscus tea. Allow to cool.
Pour this over ice and top up with San Pellegrino Sparkling Blood Orange Juice and finish with a slice of Blood Orange for garnish.
