INGREDIENT: THE ARTICHOKE MENU
One Ingredient is Chef’s Matt Manning’s famous interactive dining experience.
Less serious than a cooking lesson, but more interactive than a dinner, One Ingredient is for those who are as excited about what goes in to creating a beautiful dish, as they are about eating it.
One ‘hero’ ingredient, Jerusalem Artichoke, features across five courses, each designed to showcase its versatility, with each course paired with wine from Bizoe Wines. After the canapés and amuse bouche are served to guests at the dining table, they are called on to participate. Matt gives a demonstration of the next two courses, which guests then re-create in teams of two of three, before sitting down to enjoy their masterpieces. Finally, guests can relax while dessert is served to them by Matt and his experienced team.
In May’s One Ingredient, we pay tribute to one of the most exciting (yet relatively unexplored) vegetables of all time – the Jerusalem Artichoke! Come and learn how versatile and flavourful this delicacy is, while Chef Matt teaches you how it can be used to add freshness and depth to different dishes.
We will be joined by Bizoe Wines for our wine pairing.
