Virtual Dining | Grub & Vine To Go
With restaurants currently not permitted to open for sit down dining, we are not only bringing back Virtual Dining - our at-home, interactive fine dining experience - we have also made a few dishes from our Grub & Vine menu available for collection…so you are now able to enjoy a taste of our little bistro from the comfort of your own home!
We are also offering an exciting Virtual Dining optional add-on - if you don’t feel like cooking, you are able to book one of our professional chefs from the Grub & Vine/Chef’s Studio team to cook your box’s contents at your home, for an extra fee!
- Virtual Dining is available for delivery OR collection between Wednesday - Saturday every week
- Grub & Vine Take Aways are available for collection ONLY between Wednesday - Saturday every week
Virtual Dining: How it Works
- Click on the ‘Virtual Dining Menu’ on the menu tab below to view this month’s 5-course menu
- 3 of the 5 courses are already prepared for you by Chef Matt - simply follow the instructions included to plate & enjoy
- Here’s where the interactive bit comes in: using the elements included in your package, create your starter & main courses by following a simple video tutorial from Chef Matt, sent to you upon confirmation of your order
- Select from our optional add-ons to make your occasion even more unforgettable. If you would like one of our professional chefs to visit your home and cook your Virtual Dining box for you, this is where you will select it
- Click ‘Order Online Now’, and select delivery or collection when prompted
- Unfortunately Virtual Dining is unable to accommodate vegetarians at this time - however, we do have vegetarian options available on our Grub & Vine Take Away menu

- Click ‘Order Online Now’, and select collection when prompted (our take away menu is currently only available for collection)
- Next, simply select the dishes that tickle your fancy, and place your order!
South African Sundays Cook'd by Shelly
Authentic African dishes by one of Grub&Vine's resident cooks, Shelly Mudau.
Every Sunday, Shelly will be cooking up mouth-watering traditional African cuisine which sees her paying homage to her Bantu heritage.
In the true spirit of ubuntu, all the profits will be shared amongst Grub & Vine's team members, whose ability to earn income has been affected by lockdown measures.
